OVER 1900 chickens donated to our Lang Son families!

In 2009, we started the chicken project, giving baby chicks and starter chicken feed to very poor families. When their flock has grown, each family “gives forward” baby chicks to another needy family. This project has been very successful!  See video of some of our FIV families with their chickens below!

School Chicken Coop Built Completed in April, 2012!

As an educational tool and a sustainable source of food for the children’s lunches, Families In Vietnam volunteers and parents of the children built a large chicken coop at Tan Lien primary school in rural Lang Son Province! The school now has over 100 chickens.
